Hello!
I have been a bilingual independent visual communication designer from Taiwan since 2009 with a smattering of different collaborations between photographers, artists, designers, musicians, and poets. Currently, I live and work in St. Paul, Minnesota.
In my career, I mainly focused on serving creative individuals and small businesses to develop their projects uniquely based on each different need with research and analysis.
Thinking of design as a tool within interests in literature, poems, film production, and photography to work with clients' needs. Most recent projects include, but are not limited to, artist books, exhibition catalogs, artist/artisan online portfolio websites, logos, posters, art/cultural event promotional materials, conducting workshops and lectures, writings in the field of education, art, music, and non-profit organization.
I am also interested in how design can integrate with the educational purpose to impact or influence learning development and experience for the youth in the rural area by organizing and founding FOGSTAND Gallery as an experimental platform to witness change and progress as lead designer.
Besides design, I am also an interdisciplinary artist
who mainly utilizes found photographs and remake photographic images in the medium with the sequential relationship in the book, video, and installation.
